We sell to customers with a delivery address in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we accept your order and confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, where a price is clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
We may change prices and the terms on which we offer our products at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
Products and use
We work to make every product description, shade and image as accurate as we can. Shades can look different from one screen to another and on different skin tones. Results vary from person to person.
Our products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the ingredients and directions before use. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, do a patch test first. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and consult a doctor if it persists. Keep products out of reach of children and avoid contact with the eyes unless the product is designed for the eye area.
