Paying at CHIQ Cosmetics should be simple and secure. Here is exactly how it works.

Prices and currency

  • All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
  • Prices do not include sales tax. Where sales tax applies, it is calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Shipping is free on every order.
  • We do not add surcharges or handling costs at checkout.

How you can pay

We accept major credit and debit cards, together with the other payment options shown at checkout.

Every method available to you is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Choose the one you prefer, follow the prompts, and you will be returned to a confirmation page on our website once the payment has gone through.

Your bank or card issuer may ask you to confirm the payment through their own app or a one time code. This is a standard security step and it is handled entirely by them.

Paying by card

  1. Choose card as your payment method at checkout.
  2. Enter your card number, expiry date and security code.
  3. Check your billing details.
  4. Confirm the payment. You will be returned to a confirmation page on our website.
  5. A confirmation email is sent to you straight away.

Paying with a digital wallet

If a digital wallet such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay is offered at checkout, your saved card and address details are filled in for you, you approve the payment on your own device, and your card details are never shared with us.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken or authorised when you place your order. If a payment is declined or does not complete, the order is not confirmed and nothing is dispatched. If money has left your account but you did not receive an order confirmation, contact us and we will sort it out.

Secure payment

Every transaction on this website is encrypted with SSL and processed by our payment providers on PCI compliant systems. CHIQ Cosmetics never sees or stores your full card number or your security code.

Order confirmation

You receive a confirmation email straight after a successful payment, with your order number and a summary of what you ordered. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us, because it usually lands there.

Pricing errors

We take care to keep prices and product information accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always contact you first.

Problems with a payment

If anything about a charge looks wrong, please email us at info@chiqcosmetics.com. In almost every case we can resolve it quickly and directly. This does not affect your right to contact your card issuer.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the payment method used for the original purchase. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for timings and conditions.
